Service Scope

Fundable Deck provides a professional review of your pitch deck, delivered as an annotated PDF. Tier 1 (Essential Review, $199): light review covering narrative clarity, slide structure, and investor fit — annotated PDF deliverable. Tier 2 (Deep Review, $399): comprehensive review covering all Tier 1 areas plus financial logic and fundraising strategy, with one 45-minute 1:1 call with Lara Bandeira — annotated PDF + call.

Payment

Full payment is required before any work begins. Payment is processed in USD via Stripe. Brazilian clients may pay via PIX as communicated directly by Fundable Deck. Confirmed purchases are honored at the price paid.

Delivery

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from the date your deck is received. Fundable Deck will contact you via the email provided at purchase to coordinate deck submission and, where applicable, schedule your call.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your pitch deck and all submitted materials. All feedback structures and evaluation methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Fundable Deck and may not be reproduced or commercialized. The annotated PDF is for your personal and internal team use.

Confidentiality

All submitted materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties. A separate NDA is available for engagements involving highly sensitive information.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided the review has not yet commenced. Once work has begun (your deck has been opened), no refund is available. If Fundable Deck cannot deliver within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

No Guarantees

Fundable Deck provides expert feedback, not guaranteed outcomes. Lara Bandeira's review reflects her professional judgment; it does not constitute a promise of fundraising success or investor interest.

Amendments

Fundable Deck may update these Terms at any time. Changes do not apply to confirmed purchases. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal dispute processes.
