Module 1

I understand what this service includes and what it doesn't.

You're purchasing a one-time pitch deck review. You get an annotated PDF (and a 45-minute call if your tier includes it). That's the scope — nothing more is implied.

Fundable Deck provides a professional review of your pitch deck, delivered as an annotated PDF with structured feedback. The scope depends on the tier purchased:

Tier 1 — Essential Review ($199 USD): Light review (~1–2 hours). Covers narrative clarity, slide structure, and investor fit. Deliverable: annotated PDF.
Tier 2 — Deep Review ($399 USD): Comprehensive review (~3–5 hours). Covers all Tier 1 areas plus financial logic, market framing, and fundraising strategy. Includes one 45-minute 1:1 call with Lara Bandeira. Deliverable: annotated PDF + call.
Call Add-On ($149 USD): One 45-minute 1:1 call. Available as an add-on to Tier 1 only.

Module 2

I understand payment is due in full before any work begins.

You pay in full upfront. No payment, no review. Brazilian clients can pay via PIX if agreed directly with Lara.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase before any work begins.

Payment is processed in USD via Stripe at point of sale.

Brazilian clients may pay via PIX as communicated directly by Fundable Deck.

Fundable Deck reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Confirmed purchases are honored at the price paid.

Module 3

I understand the delivery timeline and how I'll be contacted.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after you send your deck. Lara will contact you via the email you provide at checkout.

Review delivery timeline will be communicated upon receipt of your deck and confirmed payment.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from the date your deck is received.

Fundable Deck will contact you via the email provided at purchase to coordinate deck submission and, where applicable, schedule your call.

Module 4

I understand who owns what.

You own your pitch deck. Lara owns her methodology. The feedback PDF is yours to use internally.

Your deck: You retain full ownership of your pitch deck and all submitted materials. Fundable Deck does not claim any rights to your content, ideas, or business information.

Our methodology: All feedback structures, frameworks, evaluation criteria, and review methodologies used by Fundable Deck are the exclusive intellectual property of Fundable Deck. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercialize Fundable Deck's feedback methodology.

Feedback deliverable: The annotated PDF is for your personal use in developing your pitch. You may share it internally with your team.

Module 5

I understand how my materials are handled.

Lara won't share your deck or business information with anyone. If you want extra protection, ask about the NDA.

Fundable Deck treats all submitted materials as confidential. Your pitch deck and business information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available and recommended for engagements involving highly sensitive information. Request it before submitting your deck.

Module 6

I understand the refund window and conditions.

You have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund — but only if Lara hasn't opened your deck yet. Once work starts, no refund is available.

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided the review has not yet commenced.

Once the review has commenced (i.e., your deck has been opened and work has begun), no refund is available.

If Fundable Deck is unable to deliver the service within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Fundable Deck contact email.

Module 7

I understand this service is advisory feedback, not a guaranteed outcome.

This is expert feedback, not a fundraising guarantee. Lara can't promise you'll close a round — she promises you'll get a better deck.

The service is provided as professional advisory feedback. Fundable Deck does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to fundraising success, investor meetings, or capital raised.

In no event shall Fundable Deck's liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.

Module 8

I understand this is a discrete, one-time engagement.

Buying this review doesn't make Lara your ongoing advisor or create any continuing relationship unless agreed separately in writing.

Purchase of a Pitch Deck Review does not establish an ongoing consulting relationship, retainer, or advisory agreement. Each engagement is discrete unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Module 9

I accept that Brazilian law governs this agreement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. If there's a dispute, both sides try to resolve it in good faith first.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

For international clients, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal dispute processes.
