Fundable Deck is operated by Lara Bandeira, a Brazilian-based consultant. This notice explains how we handle personal data in compliance with Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) and applicable international privacy standards.

When you purchase a service or contact us, we collect:

Name and email address — provided at checkout, used to deliver your service and communicate about your engagement.
Payment information — processed by Stripe. Fundable Deck never sees or stores your card details.
Your pitch deck — submitted voluntarily for review. Treated as confidential (see Section 4).
Usage data — standard web analytics (page views, session duration) collected via Google Analytics 4, if enabled. No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

To deliver the pitch deck review service you purchased.
To send transactional communications (order confirmation, delivery, follow-up).
To maintain our business records as required by Brazilian tax law.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Confidentiality of Your Deck

All pitch decks and business materials submitted to Fundable Deck are treated as strictly confidential. Your deck will not be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request for engagements involving highly sensitive information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the service and comply with our legal obligations under Brazilian law (typically five years for financial records). Your pitch deck is retained only for the duration of the engagement unless you request otherwise.

6. Your Rights Under LGPD

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
Lodge a complaint with Brazil's ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).

7. Third-Party Processors

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy.
HubSpot — CRM for tracking purchase records. HubSpot Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts — typography. Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN.
Vercel — website hosting. Vercel Privacy Policy.

8. Cookies

We use only functional cookies necessary for the site to work (e.g., Stripe's payment session cookies). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
